You know the trails, the gates, the weather and where the birds are at six in the morning. This is where travellers find you — with your name on the listing, your rates, and your calendar.
What you get
A public profile that is yours
Photo, bio, languages, home village, years on the hills, and the taluks you work. It has its own link you can send on WhatsApp or put in an Instagram bio.
Your experiences, your prices
List treks, estate walks, safaris, birding, waterfall hikes and more. Set a per-person rate and a private-group rate, with your own group sizes and difficulty.
A calendar that cannot double-book you
Mark the dates you are free. The system closes a date the moment its slots fill, so two groups can never be sold the same morning.
Bookings with the guest already paid
Confirmed bookings arrive with the traveller’s name, phone number, group size and date. No chasing deposits.
Verification that means something
Verified Guide is awarded by our team after we check your documents — never self-assigned. Forest Department and Coffee Board certifications carry their own badges.
Reviews only from people who came
Only a traveller who completed a booking can review it, and you get one public reply to each. No anonymous ratings.
What it costs
Nothing to join, and nothing to list. MaladTrip keeps 10% of what you charge, taken out of your payout — so a traveller pays exactly the price you set, with no fee added on top that makes you look more expensive than you are.
Your money is released 2 days after the trip ends, to your bank account or UPI. You see the exact payout before you accept a booking.

Fill in your profile: bio, languages, the taluks you work, and your half-day, full-day and overnight rates.
Add your first experience and mark the dates you are available.
Our team reviews it. Nothing is public until it passes, and you are told either way.
What to have ready
- A phone number travellers can reach you on.
- Photo ID, and any certification you hold — Forest Department, Coffee Board, first aid.
- A bank account or UPI ID for payouts. It is encrypted before we store it, and our staff cannot read it.
- A few photographs of the routes or activities you run.
