Run activities with MaladTrip
Rafting on the Bhadra, overnight camping, cycling circuits, climbing and rappelling — if you run activities rather than guide them personally, travellers should be able to find and book you here.
What you get
Bookable activity listings
Duration, difficulty, group size, inclusions, meeting point and what to bring. Per-person pricing, or a flat rate for a private group.
Availability you control
Mark the dates you run. A date closes itself once its places are gone, so you are never oversold.
Paid before they arrive
Bookings reach you already paid, with the traveller’s name, number and group size.
Seasonal activities handled
Rafting runs October to December, coffee harvest October to February. Seasonal activities are flagged so travellers search in the right months.
Reviews from real customers
Only someone who completed a booking can review it, and you get a public reply.
Your team on one account
Listings carry your business name and your rates, whoever from your side actually leads the day.
What it costs
Nothing to join, and nothing to list. MaladTrip keeps 10% of what you charge, taken out of your payout — so a traveller pays exactly the price you set, with no fee added on top that makes you look more expensive than you are.
Your money is released 2 days after the trip ends, to your bank account or UPI. You see the exact payout before you accept a booking.
How it works

Fill in your profile with your business name, the taluks you cover and your rates.
Add each activity you run, with its group sizes, difficulty and inclusions.
Our team reviews it, checks any certification you hold, and tells you either way.
What to have ready
- A phone number travellers can reach.
- Safety certification for what you run — rafting, climbing and rappelling especially. Send it with your documents; we check it before you go live.
- Your own insurance. MaladTrip lists you; it does not cover you.
- A bank account or UPI ID for payouts, and photographs of the activity.
Get started
A separate operator account does not exist yet. You will be set up as a guide account, which runs experiences, availability, bookings, payouts and reviews exactly as described above.
Three things built for operators specifically are still to come: several time slots in one day, custom pricing for groups of 10 to 50, and uploading safety and inspection documents yourself. For now, list one activity per slot, tell us about large groups at support@maladtrip.in, and send certification with your verification documents.
If those three are what you need, say so in that email — it moves them up the list.
